A group of ten items: 8 First Day Covers commemorating events such as Shakespeare's 400th birthday, George Gershwin, the Pony Express, etc. Signed individually by Randolph Scott, Sir John Gielgud, Bing Crosby, Shirley Temple Black (dated April 23, 1928), Christopher Plummer, Redd Foxx, Martin Milner, and director Otto Preminger. Also, an envelope with a cachet of Pope Paul VI signed by Frederic March, and a 2½ x 3½" card signed, "William Gillette / New York Dec 8. 1896." Overall fine.
