1926 Journal Of A Trip Abroad. Diary kept by Kerns Hampton, a Los Angeles man, of his trip abroad during 1926, 6½" x 4¼", worn leather covers; interior is fine, with light toning only. Hampton recounts his train trip across the country to New York, his trip on the Red Star Line ship S.S. Pennland, his visits to Antwerp, Paris and other French cities, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Holland, then London and a motor tour to Edinburgh, and his trip home on the White Star Line's S.S. Megantic. Many interesting observations.
