About very good; title page and table of contents are separated and torn; the last page is torn and has paper loss affecting some text. The introduction states, "…This Memorandum is presented to you by men and women who have made the realization of the Zionist effort in Palestine their aim in life; who have gathered together in Palestine from all parts of the world impelled by their desire to bring the Jewish National Home into existence, and whose daily life is related in all its details to the fulfilment of the Zionist ideal…."
