An 8.5" red silk ribbon by Whitehead & Hoag with their label on back; "Welcome To The President Santa Fe New Mexico May 5, 1903" imprinted in gold; gilt fringe at bottom. In the center is a 1.75" celluloid photo of TR. Slightly folded, otherwise excellent to near mint condition.
