1814 Capped Bust Half Dollar. Sharpness of Fine-12 with initials on the obverse. The initials "EC" lightly etched before Liberty's face, possibly for the European Commonwealth, an idea which was bantered about around this time. Today we have the European Union, which has finally begun.
