1842 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. Large date. VF-35. By far the more common variety of 1842, but still scarce in nice grade. Clean surfaces and lightly toned with a ring of gold around the rims. The reverse has a dull scrape in the field to the left of the eagle's beak, in the usual area of monkey-business on these coins.
