1773 Virginia Halfpenny, period after "GEORGIVS". MS-60. Glossy light olive steel brown from a light coat of protective wax which is just beginning to wear off on the neck. Well struck and centered and a beautiful coin, the only discoloration being a dark red spot on the lower reverse.
