1880 Trade Dollar. Proof 58. A proof which must have spent a brief time in circulation. Cleaned and retoned with mottled gray on the obverse, and a splash of color on the lower reverse. The fields show hairlines and minor tick marks from handling. Still scarce and better than some we have seen.
