This "Rainbow" design type is always popular, so-called because of the spectrum of colors and paper fibers that dance across the design. This one is as bright and colorful as any we've seen, and the technical attributes appear to be all there for the assigned grade. A lovely Rainbow Deuce, one that will find an appreciative new home in a fine collection.
