This gorgeous Ben Franklin printed small change Pennsylvania has ideal color, bold embossing, and tremendous eye appeal for the issue. It is a diagonal sheet fold away from a Choice New grade. Scarce colonial notes in high grades seem to be tremendously undervalued from the standpoint of rarity and relative value.
