1796 Draped Bust Cent. "LIHERTY" error. . S-104, R3+. About Good-3. Several points sharper but corroded. The obverse roughness is relatively light while the reverse is moderately corroded. Traces of verdigris show in protected areas, and there are some hairline scratches hidden in the obverse patina. Slightly glossy dark steel and olive brown. The date is strong and the legends are complete. The LIHERTY feature (B over inverted B, the result appearing as an H) is obvious.
