1794 Liberty Cap Half Cent. . C-3a, R5. VG-8 Clipped Planchet. A few points sharper but covered with many very tiny nicks, none notable but too many to ignore. A couple fine diagonal marks on the cheek may be pre-striking planchet voids, but they still count. Mostly glossy chocolate brown with some reddish chocolate mixed in on the obverse. The date and legends are complete and easily readable. A planchet clip affects the dentils below the date and over ST in STATES. EDS, Manley state 1.0. The reverse is rotated 40 degrees CW.
