More Fancy Match Cases in Silver & Gold. U.S.A., and Elsewhere, 19th - early 20th century. Another high quality group, mostly in sterling, and one in a reddish 10 or 12 karat gold. Several with florals, also an engraved one (a choice parcel gilt, with hound and hare, and worried fox), plus some monograms or inscriptions (one for "Papa, 1907"). The gold engraved with crown of diamonds and rubies. Material generally well preserved, but inspection suggested. Cases may have imperfections; the lids may sometimes show slight dents. Heights: 1-3/8" - 2-3/4". Lot of 9 items.
