A Nice Little Silver Offering. U.S.A., and Continental, 19th century. Three are narrow cases, likely for cartes de visite. One showing the U.S. Capitol (as it appeared before it was remodeled during the Civil War). One, inscribed and dated, 1866, in coin silver, and with good quality engraving. Last is a box, inside gilt and likely German, show deer hunting scene; uncertain marks on base. All well preserved. Average height: 3-1/2". Nice material. Lot of 4 items.
