Ca. 1660-80, by Nicolas Sanson, 8" high x 11" wide in very attractive full color. The Amazon River tributaries are featured along with Lake Titicaca and all the important Spanish Colonial cities are mentioned, i.e., Quito, Lima, Cuzco, La Paz, etc. In superb condition, expertly engraved, enhanced by the lovely color and scarce this nice.
