"View Showing Orange and Lemon Groves and Residence of Jos. W. Wolfskill, Between Alameda and San Pedro Streets, Los Angeles, Cal." Two small tears in lower border, else fine. Joseph Wolfskill was the son of William Wolfskill, a frontiersman who came to California from Kentucky in 1831 and who is considered the father of the early citrus industry.
