(Hawaii) 1851 Oahu Land Warranty Deed. Partly-printed official document in both English and Hawaiian, 3pp, 12½x8¼", Honolulu, 15 May 1851. Very good; light toning and a couple of fold tears. A transaction between Oral R. Wood and Mr. and Mrs. Kekaulahao relative to land at Nuuanu, Honolulu, Hawaii. Signed by Kekaulahao, his wife Marie, N.A. Cooper (as Deputy Registrar of Conveyances), and R.W. Meyer (as witness). A royal stamp is present, consisting of a crown encircled with "Hoailona Pai O Ke Alii Royal Stamp."
