Clark, Mark W (1896-1984) WW 2 US Army General & Commander United Nations Forces in Korea 1952-53. Typed letter signed, 9 October 1983 as President Emeritus of the Citadel to Tex Powell regarding a Feb. 1945 Medal of Honor award ceremony for Lt. Orville E. Bloch. Gen. Clark adds in manuscript "I presented over 30 Medals of Honor in Italy…Probably Lucien Truscott did it as I had moved up to 15th Army Corps."
