Thatcher, Baroness Margaret & Graham, Billy. Color Photograph signed in blue marker by Prime Minister Thatcher and in black marker by evangelist Billy Graham during his visit to #10 Downing Street, London (c. 1979-90). Very fine. According to the legend attached to the photo, the two met for almost an hour and Mr. Graham spoke to more than 200 members of the House of Commons and the House of Lords.
