Photograph Inscribed at top left and Signed on the mount in German to a German sympathizer named Viereck, 8¾x9¾" (photo is 7x9¼"), 3 Aug. 1956. "This photo from the time of my term in office (1932) to be a momento and a 'thank you' for the mutual concerns about our fatherland from 1914 to the present time." Fine.
