Hoover, J. Edgar & William H. Webster. Four Typed Letters Signed: two by J. Edgar Hoover, 1968 and 1971, and two by William H. Webster, 1980 and 1981. All are signed as Director of the FBI, on FBI letterhead and are addressed to bank executive Charles J. Broska. Hoover responds to letters Broska wrote regarding Hoover's administration of the FBI. Webster thanks Broska for support of the FBI's investigations of public corruption and white-collar crime, and for his concern "for the welfare of the children in Atlanta." All very fine. With three transmittal envelopes.
