Goldwater, Barry (1909-98) Arizona senator; presidential candidate. Seven Typed Letters Signed, all on U.S. Senate letterhead, each one page, written between 1971 and 1974 to Gerald M. Loeb, a founding partner of EF Hutton & Co. Interesting content about the Vietnam War ("…could have been ended in a few days…had we been willing to have used our power…," criticizing Nixon ("…The office needs defending but he makes it almost impossible…" and more. Includes carbon copies of four of Loeb's letters to Goldwater.
