Announcement of a "Community Salute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Nobel Peace Prize Winner," Signed in black ink across the top, 4¼x5½" (New York City, 17 Dec. 1964). Fine. The salute took place in the 369th Regiment Armory at 142nd St. and Fifth Avenue. On December 10, 1964, Dr. King became the youngest man to receive the Nobel Peace Prize.
