A fine offering of plastic combinations from the following manufactures in a mixture of colors: Gold Medal green pearl with stepped cap end (very scarce); Swallow; Diamond Point; Ambassador; "No name"; Edward Todd; Pick and Waltham (chased blue plastic with cap band missing).
