Osborn, Robert Chesley. Cartoonist, satirist, and artist. Original 11½x15" Crayon Drawing Signed "Osborn" at lower left, with an Autograph Note Signed "Bob O." on the verso, n.p., n.d. Fine; minor age toning. The drawing, sent as a thank-you gift to his friends, the Shaws, is of a figure, possibly on skis, who is obviously frightened. The paper is watermarked "J. Perrigot Archives." The note on the verso says, "dear Shaws, what a lovely ending you two provided. many, many thanks for that food and that good talk amidst those exhilerating Franzen ramps. much love to both of you. As always."
