1787 Fugio Cent. Pointed rays, cinquefoils, 8-pointed stars on label. . Newman 15-Y Rarity-3. VG-8. Slightly sharper, especially on the obverse, with extremely fine roughness that's well hidden under the rather glossy medium brown and chocolate toning. No verdigris or planchet defects. A dull rim nick at the U in FUGIO is the only notabe mark. The date and obverse legends are strong but the reverse is weaker and the lower 8-pointed star on the label is worn smooth. The upper one, however, is easily visible.
