1787 Connecticut Miller 33.29-gg.1 Rarity-6 VF20. Draped bust left with ET LIR reverse. Glossy chocolate and steel brown with some darker olive toning in protected areas of the obverse. No defects other than a couple small planchet fissures near the rims, the largest one over the T in AUCTORI. Late die state with extensive die swelling on both sides. The date is bold, as are the portions of the legend not affected by the swelling. An attractive example of this rare variety, certainly high in the condition census. Weight 114.3.grains.
