Fr-2304. 1934, $20 World War II Emergency Note. . Fr-2304. . KL-2523. PCGS Apparent Very Fine 20, Paper Clip Rust Stain. The non-mule version of this scarce issue is even rarer than the mule variety, and nice examples are hard to find. This one has a light paper clip rust stain, as mentioned on the PCGS holder, but is otherwise quite nice for the grade. A great example to fill that hole in your set if you are a specialist in this series.
