Fr-650. 1902, $20 National Bank Note. FNB Cumberland, MD. . Fr-650. . KL-1302. PCGS New 62. This is a sparkling new example of the earliest chartered of the four Cumberland City National Banks. Most of the 21 reported large are 3rd charter $10's, so this is also slightly better from that regard. Some minor handling on the top reverse is all that precludes a higher grade. One of the finest survivors from this bank, and a lovely 3rd charter note.
