Judaea. Lot of AE Prutot or Lepta, Hasmonean Dynasty, c. 135-37 BC. LOT SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS. All nicely identified in cardboard/cellophane holders, perhaps 20 years ago. Includes the more common types of John Hyrcanus I, Juda Aristobulus, Alexander Jannaeus, Aristobulus II, John Hyrcanus II, and Antigonus Mattathias. Inspection suggested for conditions and surfaces, and accuracy of attribution. Excellent beginner's lot; a number of the pieces attractive for this material. Lot of 12 coins. Coins average Very Fine.
