Lot 3195

1894 Morgan Dollar. PCGS graded MS-62. A hint of light toning. Popilar semi key date. An exciting example of a very scarce date, this lightly toned coin displaying soft cartwheel luster. This is a nicely struck example exhibiting fine detail to all the high points and is part of a select run of examples from a consignor who assembled them many years ago, mesmerized by the low mintage and difficulty in obtaining acceptable examples. A coin that should be installed in one of the better Morgan dollar collections. There is nothing to critique in the scheme of smooth luster and bold relief (PCGS # 7228) .
Estimated Value $4,000 - 4,500.
