1911-D $2.50 Indian. KEY DATE 1911-D MINT STATE 63. PCGS graded MS-63. Well struck and nicely toned. A couple of tiny round dot-sized marks on the Indian's cheek. Lustrous and generally well struck, or as well struck as can be for a typically softish Denver mint quarter eagle. The color is resplendent dusky gold with pale coppery orange overlay of natural toning. Key date in the set; always a challenge in choice Mint State 63 or better. 55,680 coins minted (PCGS # 7943) .
