1854-C $2.50 Liberty. NGC graded AU-58. Mostly untoned. A frosty golden example with some underlying luster that supports the light greenish gold glow on both sides. More than adequately struck for the date, perhaps not fully so, but certainly a coin that gets the viewer's attention.
