1855 $1 Gold Indian. NGC graded MS-63 PQ. Well struck and untoned. Pleasant, almost smiling gold satin frost display lots of fresh color. Most pieces emerged from the Mint and were put into circulation, with only a few saved at the time of issue. This is one of the key Types for completing a 12 piece U.S. gold Type set. A distinctly superior MS61, hence our Premium Quality assignment. 758,269 coin minted.
