Lot 1091

1955 Lincoln Cent. Doubled die obverse. PCGS graded MS-64 Red. Very nice coin. A blazing deep fire-red coppery beauty with radiant luster, a clear strike on all obverse doubling, and visual appeal commensurate with the choice grade. Meticulous strike on every device is what collectors hope for in a 1955 doubled die cent, and this coin, unlike those that don't quite make the "full" grade, is ultra crisp, double the sharpness as an average specimen. For that reason, the numerical condition is exact. Pop 138; 18 in 65RD. (PCGS # 2827) .
Estimated Value $10,000 - 13,000.

Realized $11,500
