1871 Quarter Dollar Round. Liberty Head. . BG-813. Rarity 3. PCGS graded MS-63. Due to either a problem with the die or a planchet flake in the metal of the flan, Liberty looks to be wearing a pirate's eye patch on this cute little coin! Lovely toned over lustrous surfaces. The head is large and poorly drawn. Pop 40; 46 finer. (PCGS # 10674) .
