Even the Armand Shank collection which was auctioned in 5/1998 lacked it's inclusion. An amish settled community with a great name, this one-bank town is nestled 20 miles to the west of Cumberland up in the mountains of Garrett County. Kelly shows 5 large notes in the census, this being one of them.
