1891, $20 Silver Certificate. . Fr-318. . KL-588. PCGS graded Very Fine 35. The very popular (and scarce) Daniel Manning note, Manning was the Secretary of the Treasury from 1885 to 1887. There are two distinct types of this note, with the Series 1891 design featuring a more open reverse. Nice blue serial numbers and red seal with scalloped edges. Choice, attractive.
