Cumberland Savings Bank $10.00 Note, Cumberland, MD, Proof. PCGS Very Choice New 64 PPQ. With the exception of the $5.00 denomination, none of the Cumberland Savings Bank notes appear to have been issued. The few proofs known come from the ABN Co. hoard and all varieties are excessively rare. This gem is unlisted in Haxby and Shank considers it an R-7. Another of the Money and Banking in Maryland plate notes, we feel strongly that it is probably unique. Shank 30.5.6p.
