1914-S $10 Indian. PCGS graded MS-63. There are a few tiny nicks at the chin on Liberty, but the surface is generally quite smooth and frosty for the date, with lovely patina throughout. Sheer boldness of strike throughout would be the ideal for a '14-S eagle, but this coin failed to strike completely and was left by the rebound of the dies in a somewhat soft state at the date and a few areas of the eagle. Pop 109 (PCGS # 8877) .
