Trajan, 98-117 AD. AE Sestertius, Rome, struck 99 AD. Laureate head right, with aegis at far shoulder. Reverse: Pax enthroned left, holding branch and scepter; TR POT COS II PP / SC. RIC 401 var. (without aegis?). Tack sharp strike, on generous flan. With splendid brown to vivid green patina. A gem of a coin! Superb Extremely Fine.
