Lot 3006

1945-D Liberty Walking Half Dollar. PCGS graded MS-67. Vivid multi-color toning of both sides. A lustrous example that has rich frosty white luster as the supporting element for the delectable toning. A touch of weakness is seen at the centers on most of the 1945-D issue, but here it is probably that the dies were spaced at the right distance apart to prevent any weak metal flow in that area. The designs are very strong for the date and so complement the color quite naturally. Pop 101; none better. (PCGS # 6625) .
Estimated Value $800 - 900.

Realized $1,898
