A lustrous example whose vivid wintry blast of white frost on the cameo devices undulates and billows across mirror-smooth surface like a crystal clear mountain lake at first light of dawn. Regarding this date, the clearest details are found throughout the peripheral areas and also encompassing the key centers which are bold as noted in the stars, Liberty's gown and shield, along with the eagle's feathers and shield.
