Great Britain. Spade Guinea, 1798. S.3729; Fr-356. George III. Fifth laureate head. A lovely and exceptional coin. Very scarce and underrated, as these are difficult to grade properly and many people think they own a Mint State coin that is actually AU, because of the shallow engraving of the design. This is an exceptional coin. NGC graded MS-63.
