Two English Vellum Land Transactions. 1769 document, 27x35", being a deed of covenants relating to the transfer of an estate in Great Sankey, county of Lancaster between Thomas Roughsedge and Joseph Haunlet; wax seal with griffin in oval; one shilling sixpence embossed stamp. Accompanied by a 1773 document, 3pp, 22x28", releasing land from William Farrer to Samuel Clarke in the county of Devon; one shilling stamp on each page; wax seal at bottom of third. Both have decorative scroll work on the front. Two large and impressive documents.
