Californiana. A collection of items related to California. Three items are related to Stanford University: two vintage photos labeled "Stanford Collection": Old Felt Ranch", 4"x6½"; an outside picnic, 4¾"x7¾"; and an autograpah letter signed by Stanford president David Jordan to Jane Lathrop Stanford, 28 May 1902, regarding "commencement exercises."

Other California-related items are: a copy of Robert Louis Stevenson's last photograph, taken in 1894; 2 different 5"x7" photos of Kearny St. Hill in San Francisco; 2 books by Albert Shumate: Mariano Malarin and Francisco Pacheco of Pacheco Pass; The Apache-Yumas and Apache-Mojaves by Dr. Wm. H. Corbusier, 1886; a late 19th century, 32-page booklet on San Mateo County; two 1881 invoices from Sacramento; and an 1896 land grant in Santa Clara County to Horace Wilson.
