Official US Mint Pearl Harbor Veterans 50th Anniversary Medal. Awarded in 1991 to military veterans who served in Hawaii during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and to the next of kin of deceased veterans and casualties. Antiqued bronze, 38mm. The obverse portrays Battleship Row in flames, with "Remember Pearl Harbor" and "December 7, 1941", while the reverse shows an eagle on laurel branch with the inscription "For Those Who Served" and "A Date Which Will Live In Infamy". Superb Mint State in plush case of issue.
