Brady Photograph of A Company of Soldiers. 16x24" photograph (image is 13¾x21½") of an unidentified company of soldiers in uniform, all standing at ease, their weapons in front of them, no place, no date. The group is posed in front of a building, probably in Washington, D.C., where Brady had a studio; his name is in the plate in the lower right border. Lower edge has a faint pencil notation "F.C.L." and a line to a soldier in the front row. Mount has chipping and edge tears, one reaching into photo but not touching the soldiers; cracked lower right corner with old tape, easily matted and framed out. A terrific image.
Estimated Value $400 - 500.

Realized $230
