Document Signed "P Muhlenberg" at upper left under seal, as Vice President of Pennsylvania, vellum, 13x15" (Philadelphia), 24 Nov. 1787. Fine; paper seal missing part of three points. Granting to John Schaffer a tract of land called "What you please" on the west branch of Broadhead Creek in Northampton Creek.
