Very good; closely trimmed; paper loss affects two words. Good military content, in part: "Stay not more than twenty four hours at Rhode Island…make all possible dispatch about Cape Cod…Make up your Complemt. of men and Grummets…as fast as you can. Keep all things in good Order…& be careful to keep good Look outs…."
